Giuliana Rancic: 'Giuliana & Bill season five covers cancer battle'

Giuliana Rancic will share her battle with breast cancer on the new season of Style's Giuliana & Bill.

The reality series, which sheds light on the lives of the Fashion Police star and husband Bill Rancic, will give viewers a closer look at the struggles the couple faced throughout Giuliana's diagnosis and treatment, including her recent double mastectomy

"Since day one of our marriage, Bill and I have welcomed Style into our lives, from travelling with us to Italy for our wedding, to following our struggles to conceive," Giuliana said in a statement.

"In 2011, we faced our scariest obstacle yet when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, but as we start 2012, I am focused on living in the present. Bill and I look forward to this new year of opportunity and good health and can't wait to once again share our journey with the Style viewers."

The new season will also feature the opening of the couple's restaurant RMP Italian in Chicago as well as their search for a home in the city.

Giuliana & Bill will premiere its fifth season on April 2 at 8pm on Style.
