If You Had Lyme Disease Symptoms Would You ... - Diet Fitness Health

If you had Lyme Disease Symptoms would you be able to tell? Instead, would you just go about your day thinking you have the flu? Are you even aware of some of the major Lyme disease symptoms? For those who live in an area where the disease is more common it is vital to be able to recognize the symptoms. You don?t want the disease to progress too far. It is always better to catch it in its early stages so that you can treat it quickly and keep it from getting worse. Be sure to look for these signs.

If you have an inflamed heart, it will not always present itself quickly. Out of the many symptoms of Lyme disease this is by far one of the most difficult to discover. Muscle inflammation around the heart is not easy to discern for most. Here are some of the things you should look out for: pain in the chest, especially around the heart. You might also have a hard time breathing. Swelling can also occur. Any of these signs warrant a visit to the doctor and have them ask your heart checked out. Be sure to contact your doctor for any of these things, regardless if you think you have Lyme disease.

Arthritis is its own painful condition. However, many do not know that this is also a symptom of Lyme disease. When in the third or last stage of Lyme disease, many will begin to experience arthritis. Arthritic pain in and around the knees is common for many with Lyme disease. If you don?t have any of the ?usual? reasons for developing arthritis (age, broken bones, heredity) have the condition checked extensively by a doctor. Immediate treatment is necessary in this stage of Lyme disease, due to its severity at this point.

A common symptom of Lyme disease in its late stages is Anxiety and Depression. The nervous system and the brain are often affected by Lyme disease. In the late stages of Lyme disease a common indicator is Anxiety and Depression, even though it can be present without someone have Lyme disease. Make sure you get a doctor to check out your physical body as well as your brain if you start experiencing these problems. Anxiety and Depression are life changing disorders to have, but in conjunction with Lyme disease they can be debilitating. Lyme disease is often overlooked as a diagnosis. This is because Lyme disease symptoms are often mistaken for other symptoms of other diseases. Even more so for those who don?t show any symptoms until the later stages of the disease. It is always better to be checked out by your doctor if you have been out of sorts for a while. In the end, you may just get the treatment you need when the doctor finds that tick bite.
